While we verify and onboard professional service providers, Dorcas acts only as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the final execution or outcome of the services provided by independent providers.

• Prices shown at the time of booking are indicative and may change after site assessment.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the selected service.
• Payments can be made online or directly to the service provider (based on availability).
• Report payment issues or overcharging within 24 hours of service completion.

• Cancellation policies vary by service type.
• The service provider shall pay the applicable platform fees to Dorcas Company. Once the payment has been made to Dorcas Company, no refunds will be issued to the service provider under any circumstances.

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our platform are the intellectual property of Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

We shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform
• Any damages or loss caused by actions or negligence of service providers
• Delays or failure in service delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. connects customers with independent third-party service providers. While we perform verification and onboarding, we do not employ, manage, or control these providers.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, injury, or dispute that may occur at your premises during or after a provider’s visit. Issues arising from provider behaviour or service performance should be resolved between the customer and the provider.

• In case of misbehaviour, harassment, or unlawful acts by a provider, contact local authorities immediately.
• You should allow providers entry at your own discretion and risk.
• Take precautions to safeguard property and valuables during appointments.

We will attempt to assist in mediation when feasible but cannot guarantee compensation or resolution.
