Welcome to Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital platform providing end-to-end home repair and home requirement services (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, pest control, painting, interior design, appliance repair, renovation, and other household needs) ("Services"). By registering or using our platform, you, as a customer, agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Information We Collect:

To register or use our services, we may collect the following personal information:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Location (Address or Area)
• Service preferences and history

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

2. Use of Information:

Your information is used to:

• Match you with the appropriate service provider
• Communicate service updates and notifications
• Improve our service offerings

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., sharing details with verified service providers).

3. Customer Responsibilities:

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and verifiable details during registration and service requests
• Use the platform and services only for lawful purposes
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful activities on the platform
• Ensure that service areas are safe and accessible for providers
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Service Provider Responsibility:

While we verify and onboard professional service providers, we are not responsible for the final execution or outcome of the services provided by them. The platform serves as a facilitator between you and independent service providers.

5. Booking, Pricing & Payments:

• Prices shown at the time of booking are indicative and subject to change after site assessment.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the selected service.
• Payments can be made online or directly to the service provider (based on availability).
• Any issues with payment or overcharging must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation policies vary by service type.
• If a service is canceled by you after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our platform are the intellectual property of DAPL or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform
• Any damages or loss caused by the actions or negligence of service providers
• Delays or failure in service delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.)

9. Third-Party Links:

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

11. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Disclaimer & Liability for Service Provider Actions:

Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. is a digital platform that connects customers with independent third-party service providers. While we verify and onboard service providers based on certain criteria, we do not directly employ, manage, or control them.

We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, injury, or dispute that may occur at your premises during or after the service provider’s visit. Any issues arising from the behaviour, performance, or actions of the service provider must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.

• In case of any misbehaviour, harassment, or unlawful act by a service provider, you must immediately inform or file a complaint with the nearest local authorities. Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible or liable for such incidents.

You agree that:

• You will allow service providers to enter your premises at your own discretion and risk.
• You will take necessary precautions to safeguard your property and valuables during service appointments.
• Dorcasaid Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any accidents, negligence, misconduct, or damage caused by the service provider.

In case of any complaints or incidents, you may report them to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to mediate or assist, but we do not guarantee compensation or resolution.

By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
